Connor Oleschak (Owner) grew up immersed in the world of heavy equipment and machinery, spending much of his youth around his family's construction company, G&T Construction. From a young age he was exposed to the inner workings of trucks, dozers, excavators and the daily demands of keeping projects moving forward. That hands-on environment sparked a deep passion for diesel mechanics and heavy-duty repair that would shape his entire career.

After earning his Red Seal Heavy Duty Technician certificate, Connor gained valuable experience working for various established companies across the industry. In 2023 he took the next step and founded OLE Diesel, based out of Warren, Manitoba. Operating from the same yard where it all began at G&T Construction, Connor built OLE Diesel by combining the strong family foundation he grew up with and the independent expertise he developed over the years.

Through hard work, integrity, and a deep understanding of heavy equipment, OLE Diesel has grown steadily into a modern facility with a skilled team specializing in diesel engines, welding, hydraulics, and heavy equipment maintenance.
